The 2025 Bean Counters Ball was held on Saturday 25 October 2025 at the Newcastle Exhibition and Convention Centre (NEX).
With over 300 guests in attendance, The Garden Party brought together the Hunter’s accounting, finance and business community for an evening of entertainment, fundraising and celebration.
Guests enjoyed a garden party-inspired evening, complete with a three-course dinner and fundraising activities, all in support of our charity partners, Samaritans Youth Accommodation and the Hunter TAFE Foundation.
Funds raised supported safe accommodation for vulnerable young people in Newcastle and Maitland, as well as scholarships to help Hunter TAFE students overcome financial barriers to education.
A huge thank you to our guests, sponsors and supporters for helping make the 2025 Bean Counters Ball another memorable event and continuing our tradition of giving back to young people in the Hunter.
